The dining experience at award winning restaurant Paper Daisy is a celebration of our unique part of the world. Paper Daisy has received many accolades including; One Hat (Good Food Guide 2023), 3 Glasses (Wine List Of the Year Awards 2022), #35 Most Delicious Restaurants in NSW (Delicious, 2022), Best Hotel Breakfast (Gourmet Traveller 2018), and Australia’s Top 100 Restaurants (Australian Financial Review 2018).
The restaurant is currently open to in-house guests exclusively for breakfast and lunch. However we do accept group lunch bookings for 4-20 adults.
Paper Daisy bar is open from 3pm and dinner reservations are open from 5.30pm daily
